Services

Five services, each scoped to your company and your projects.

Take one on its own or combine them. Every engagement starts with a written scope that names the deliverables, what we need from you, how you sign off, and whether the work is a one-off project, ongoing service, or both.

Service A

Websites and investor presence

A project-led company site where the news archive, technical reports and corporate facts stay current and agree with each other.

News release Tech report Presentation Your approved content

A good first project

Investor site relaunch, one flagship project

An agreed set of pages, one project page with a location map, your past releases migrated into a clean archive, and the site published on your own domain with handover notes.

What you receive

  • Page plan: home, a page per project, news archive, investors, about and contact
  • Release archive with consistent titles, dates and links to your filings
  • Technical report library and investor page linking your approved documents
  • Project pages with a map and the tenure summary you approve
  • Handover notes: where the site is hosted, how to update it, who holds which account

What we need from you

  • Access to your domain settings, or the person who manages them
  • Approved copy, logo and the documents you want public
  • Your release archive and project facts
  • A named approver, and your qualified person for technical text

One-off or ongoing

Project
Build or relaunch to an agreed page plan, then hand over.
Ongoing
Post releases and update project facts within an agreed window; regular link and document checks.

Where it lives

On your domain, normally in a hosting account your company holds. You own the domain and your content; the agreement states what else transfers at handover.

Outside this service

Investor-relations or disclosure advice, news-wire distribution, and paid advertising. Domain and hosting fees are yours or passed through as quoted.

Service B

Maps and spatial data

Property and technical figures built from organised layers, so the print figure, the web map and the data behind them all agree.

Topography Geology Tenure One plan

A good first project

Release-ready map set

Your data for one property sorted into a layer register, then three figures (location, property and drill plan) delivered as print and web images with the cleaned source files.

What you receive

  • Layer register: each layer with its source, date, coordinate system and status
  • Location, property and claim maps; drill plans and sections from your approved tables
  • An interactive web map of the layers you choose to publish, or a static image set
  • Cleaned source files returned to you in agreed formats, with notes

What we need from you

  • Your current tenure extract or claim list
  • Drill collar and survey tables approved by your qualified person
  • Any geology, geophysics or sampling layers you want shown
  • The coordinate system and datum you work in

One-off or ongoing

Project
A figure set for a release, report or presentation.
Ongoing
Figures and web map updated after each drill release or tenure change, within an agreed window.

Where it lives

Figures and source files are delivered to you. Public web maps sit on your company site; maps for a transaction go into the private workspace for that job.

Outside this service

Geological interpretation, resource estimates, surveying and legal opinions on tenure. Figures show what your qualified person approves; we flag anything that does not match.

Service C

Private data rooms

Project records organised for a review, with access limited to the people and document sets you choose, and a clean close at the end.

Data room Corporate Technical Drill data Counsel Technical reviewer Access scoped per group

A good first project

Transaction room preparation

An agreed set of documents for one property indexed and structured, an access plan for each reviewer group, the room assembled and opened, and a close-out export when the review ends.

What you receive

  • Folder structure and naming built for the review in question
  • Document index with reference, version and status
  • Access plan: which group sees which folders, approved by you before anyone is invited
  • Reviewer onboarding notes and, where scoped, a tracked question log
  • Close-out: final index, confirmation that access is removed, and an archive export

What we need from you

  • The documents, through a file exchange we agree, never in a first email
  • Reviewer groups, named people and the open and close dates
  • Your counsel's view on what is disclosed and any redaction

One-off or ongoing

Project
Prepare, open and close a room for a defined review.
Ongoing
Run the room during a deal: new documents, index updates, access changes on your written instruction, question log.

Where it lives

In a separate access-controlled workspace agreed for your job, never on this website. The quote names the platform, who can reach it, and how access is checked and removed.

Good to know

Removing someone's access stops future access; it cannot recall copies they already downloaded. Disclosure decisions and legal redaction stay with you and your counsel.

Service D

Portals and workflows

A clear path for work that passes between your geologist, qualified person, finance, counsel and consultants, with a record of who approved which version.

Your team Workspace Reviewers request review approve

A good first project

Release approval workflow

One workflow, a news release from draft to publication, mapped stage by stage with an approval register, a figure and fact check, and a walkthrough with your team in the tools you already use.

What you receive

  • Workflow map: stages, who acts, what is checked, what is recorded
  • Approval register: version, approver, date and outcome
  • Key-date calendar for claims, filings and events from your dates
  • Hand-over notes so your team can run it without us

What we need from you

  • The workflow you want to fix and the people in it
  • Named approvers at each stage
  • Your key dates and the tools your team already uses

One-off or ongoing

Project
Design and set up one workflow, then walk your team through it.
Ongoing
Run the figure and fact check on each release and keep the register and calendar current.

Where it lives

In tools your team already uses, or in a separate private workspace where the scope calls for one. Sign-off stays with your people.

Outside this service

Approving disclosure or technical content, and responsibility for claim maintenance. Reminders help; obligations stay with your company.

Service E

Presentations and data work

Decks, fact sheets and tables built from one set of approved facts, so your materials say the same thing everywhere.

HoleInterval Fact sheet + deck

A good first project

Deck refresh from approved facts

A fact table for one project, your existing deck refreshed from it, one fact sheet, and a short report listing where your current website or materials disagree.

What you receive

  • Approved fact table: every figure with its source document and approver
  • Corporate presentation and fact sheets built from that table
  • Drill, intercept-summary and claim tables in one consistent format
  • Consistency report against your website and earlier materials
  • Editable source files

What we need from you

  • Your current deck, brand files and the event date
  • Approved facts, or the documents to build them from for your approval
  • Approved drill and assay summary tables

One-off or ongoing

Project
A deck refresh or new deck for an event or financing.
Ongoing
After each release or financing: fact table, deck, fact sheet and site summary updated together.

Where it lives

Files are delivered to you. Summaries can feed your company site so the numbers match.

Outside this service

Investment messaging advice. Every technical number comes from a source your company has approved.

Common combinations

Work that tends to travel together.

These are starting points for a conversation, not packages. Each is quoted to your scope.

Financing or results

News cycle

Approved facts updated once, then the figures, deck, fact sheet and project page follow in a single approval pass.
