These terms cover your use of the mindev.ca website, which is operated by 17302878 Canada Inc. They are short on purpose. Work we do for you is governed separately, as explained in section 2.
1. This website
- The site describes services we offer and helps you prepare a request for a quote. It is general information, not an offer that can be accepted by clicking or emailing.
- Northstar Copper Corp, Aurora Ridge and all maps, data, names, dates and statuses in the sample workspace and the demonstration portfolio are fictional and illustrative. Interactive demonstrations work only on sample text in your browser; they do not approve, send, store or download anything. They are not client work, results or real property, and they do not mean that any feature shown is available as a ready-made product.
- Nothing on this site is investment, legal, securities, tax or geological advice, and nothing here is a statement about any real mineral property.
2. Quotes and engagements are separate
- Requesting a quote, preparing an email draft or sending us an email does not create an engagement or oblige either side to proceed.
- Prices are given only in written quotes. Recurring service is quoted to the work. This site does not promise uptime, response times, certifications or particular outcomes.
3. Payments
This site does not take payments. Where an engagement is agreed, card billing is arranged afterwards through Stripe, and its payment pages are subject to Stripe's own terms.
4. Using the site
- Use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, or load it at a rate that affects other visitors.
- Do not enter other people's information without their permission. Please do not put confidential or non-public information, credentials, or card or banking details into the quote brief.
5. Content
The design, text and original artwork on this site belong to 17302878 Canada Inc. or its licensors. You may link to the site and share its pages. Please do not copy the sample material or present it as describing your own company or properties.
6. No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is error-free, current or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. This does not affect any terms in a written agreement for an engagement, or any rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded.
7. Links, changes and contact
